Dhara Raval represented our team at the conference Graphene Week 2026!

Our colleague Dhara Raval participated in the international conference Graphene Week 2026, held from 21 to 25 September 2026 in Porto, Portugal. Organized by the Graphene Flagship initiative, the conference focuses on graphene and other two-dimensional materials and brings together researchers from academia and application-oriented fields.

Dhara presented a poster entitled “Unveiling blue phosphorene as a potential contender for the Pt(II)-based anticancer drug delivery application.” Her research explores the potential use of blue phosphorene as a material for drug delivery applications involving Pt(II)-based anticancer compounds.

The conference provided an opportunity to present her research to the international two-dimensional materials community, receive feedback, and discuss possible directions for further research. Her participation also offered valuable insights into current developments in the field of 2D materials and opportunities to expand professional connections with researchers working in this area.
